There have been requests to put the Blender to ActionScript exporter on Google Code.
I’ve created this page: http://code.google.com/p/blender-as-exporter/

If you want to make any contributions to make the plugin better then give me a shout!

  7. Is this possible to use with blender 2.57? i am unable to instll as add-on following blender instructions. very frustrating…

  8. Hi, Dennis & everyone,
I just adapted the py script for use with 2.5x Blender API. I haven’t tested every single exporter yet, please do that when you get a chance. I just know that the geometry and uvs are being exported Okay for some engines – others may have typos or slip-ups that are easy to correct.
The whole thing works if you extract it into the scripts/addons folder within your blender directory.
You can get it from here for now: http://www.algomorph.com/as3export.zip
I hope Dennis will post it as an update in the google code project he made.

  9. Dennis, can you also add me to the code project (based on my email)?
It’s fine if you remove this post via moderation.

  10. Hi Gregory,
Thanks a lot for doing this! Well appreciated.
I’ve just added you to the code project.
Let me know if you’re able to commit now.
    Cheers
    Dennis

  11. Hi Dennis, I don’t think I have access yet. I checked the blender-as-exporter project page, don’t see my google account listed under members.

Seems like I only have read-only access to the subversion as a public user, I’m not quite sure how to set it up so I can commit.

  12. Maybe you should also put this up on GitHub. Easier for devs to fork the code.
